Deer hunts are conducted during Rifle season in WMD's 8,9 and 14. Archery hunts in October are available as well as Muzzle Loading hunts in late season. Expanded Archery hunts can be arranged for southern/coastal WMD's starting in September. Deer hunts are conducted from tree stands, ground blinds or simply going on the track with spot and stalk. 2010 was a good year. Scott and Joey Billings, father and son teamed up to land two trophy bucks. Joe's was a 13pt 248lbs buck and Scott's two day's later was a heavy 8pt dressing out at 224lbs. Several other smaller bucks got passed up and Kevin Lamberson missed a big 10pt on the second to last day of his hunt. Next year is looking good for trophy bucks!!!!
